-Once you have placed your order you will be contacted either via Email or Phone call to arrange delivery, we deliver 7 days a week so you will be given multiple delivery dates to choose from.

-Out of Stock Items usually come with an estimated time of 2 to 5 days depending on which day of the week you order, some items may take longer contact us for more information.

-Do not dispose of your bed / mattress until we have delivered your goods as unexpected delays can sometimes occur, if a delay occurs we will contact you as soon as we have become aware of it and will give you an estimated delivery date.

OLD BED REMOVAL:

We have an upper tier waste carriers license that allows us to remove your old beds / mattresses, costs vary depending on size & weight of goods, contact us if you require more information.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE:

Assembly Service is available on all of our beds, prices vary, contact us if you require more information.

.RETURNS / GUARANTEE:

-You may return unused goods within 7 days from the date of delivery / collection providing that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The goods are in original packaging, unused, undamaged and fit for immediate re sale.

  • Items not included are: Bespoke / Made to Order (this includes all super king size items), Clearance, Ex Display and Refurbished Items.


Should your goods be faulty (manufacturing fault), we will offer to replace the faulty parts for you. If we cannot provide replacement parts and you do not wish to reselect to another product then you can request a full refund excluding delivery charges and assembly charges if these charges have been applied, goods that you have damaged will not be replaced and you will not be refunded however we may try and repair your self-damaged goods in situations where we believe we can repair them to a useable standard.

Once goods are delivered you have 24 hours to report any damage, goods we have assembled must be checked prior to our delivery team leaving your premises.

All Beds & Mattresses come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee excluding items listed as: clearance, ex-display or refurbished.

Mattresses that are soiled, stained (urine, blood, vomit, sweat, dye transfer from fabrics / clothing, hair / body products, cosmetic products including tanning lotions etc) cannot be returned and are not guaranteed; it is recommended to use a mattress cover to prevent any stains.

Pillows cannot be returned if used due to them being a hygiene product.

Damage through misuse, negligence, wilful / deliberate damage and accidental damage by you or a 3rd party is not guaranteed.

Normal wear and tear is not Guaranteed.

Items you have altered are not guaranteed.

Products incorrectly installed or incorrectly stored are not guaranteed for example if the item is stored in a damp area.
